PURPOSE: A burning device for burning toxic gas in a waste burying place is provided to burn waste gas completely to prevent air pollution and safety accident. CONSTITUTION: A burning device in a waste burying place comprises a gas moving pipe(103) inside of a burner(101). An air adjusting damper(107) supplies air to the burner. An injection nozzle(102) accelerates moving speed of the toxic gas by making diameter of an upside passing zone small. A guiding pipe(104) is installed inside of the gas moving pipe to supply a first air containing an anion to the injection nozzle. An ignition plug(115) is installed adjacent to the injection nozzle.
