PURPOSE: A health management system and its operation method is provided to apply medical checkup data, offered by a medical center, to a program or a menu of a restaurant, a hospital, a sports center or an amusement center so that it can manage synthetically a member health or offer various value added services. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a plurality of users accessing a web site of a health promotion system, inputting personal information in a member registration form, and hereafter passing a member authentication process for undergoing a medical checkup at a medial center by using a membership card or a finger print recognizer(300-306), the members undergoing the medical checkup of themselves at the medical center(308), a control module of a health promotion system storing medical checkup data of the members at a database over a network(310), the health promotion system exchanging the stored medical checkup data with health related data on the members generated at a restaurant, a sports center or an amusement center if the members request the medical checkup data(312), and the health promotion system offering proper programs according to a place or a purpose and monitoring the health state of the members(314).
