<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information on the compositions and chemical properties on chemical substances which form a product to only limited business enterprisers who allowed to disclose the information thereto. SOLUTION: Based on a database for storing the actual sales track record of products handled by product manufacturers, it is judged as to whether there is a track record of sales of the product claimed to disclose the information for judging whether the claim of disclosure of the information comes from the purchaser of the product with the track record of sales and the claim is one that needs disclosure of data. Thus the information can be provided to the limited business enterprises who are allowed to disclose the information thereto.</p> |
