PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a discontinuous image and non-uniformity of the image quality so as to obtain a good quality image throughout the whole image area. SOLUTION: A light beam scanning apparatus forms the image by scanning light beams from the center to end of a photoreceptor drum 10 using one polygonal mirror 4 and two optical writing systems 100, 200. The two optical writing systems are installed so that one light beam power is equal to the other beam power at a seam position. |
