<p>PURPOSE: To provide a manifold valve capable of easily mounting a magnetic sensor and having the position detecting function capable of being easily handled at its maintenance work. CONSTITUTION: This manifold valve is composed of a solenoid valve 1 and a manifold base 2 loading the solenoid valve 1, the solenoid valve 1 has a position detecting magnet 20 mounted on a piston 12a, and a recess 22 formed on a position corresponding to the magnet 20 to mount a sensor, the manifold base 2 has a magnetic sensor 21 mounted on a position corresponding to the recess 22 in a projecting state, and the magnetic sensor 21 is automatically mounted in the recess 22 by locating the solenoid valve 1 on the manifold base 2.</p> |
