PURPOSE: A dual insulation pipe with a ceramic-coated inner surface is provided to improve workability of a piping and reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A dual insulation pipe with a ceramic-coated inner surface includes an inner pipe(10) for conveying a fluid, an outer pipe(40) to be inserted with the inner pipe, hardened poly urethane foam(30) filled between the inner and outer pipes, and a ceramic coating material(50) coated on an inner peripheral surface of the inner pipe by a thickness of 0.5-2.0mm, wherein the ceramic coating material is composed of SiO2 46-47%, Al2O3 12.0-12.8%, CaCO3 8.0-8.4%, Fe2O3 0.5% or less, K2O 1.6%, MgO 2.1-2.3%, CaO 7.0-7.8%, Ca(OH)2 3.3-3.5%, TiO2 1.5% or less, Na2O 1.0% or less, SO3 0.4% or less, (COONa)n-(CH2-CH)n 12.5-12.7% and other inevitable impurities.
