SOLUTION: Web information for selling a commodity by mail order is provided by a web server 11, and if a consumer 30 purchases the commodity, a commodity management server 60 checks the address of the purchaser and determines if the number of purchasers of the commodity in a certain area has exceeded a predetermined value; if it has exceeded the predetermined value, the server arranges for the distribution of the commodity also to a particular store existing within the area. This is reported to the web server 51 of the store so as to advertise that the commodity will be sold at the particular store 50A.</p> |
