PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce installation space for an inverter panel. SOLUTION: An inverter input transformer 2 is installed within a control building 10. Distribution boards 3a to 3d and inverter panels 41 to 45 are installed within a reactor building 20. Secondary side windings 2a to 2d of the inverter input transformer 2 and the distribution boards 3a to 3d are connected through cables 2a1 to 2d1. Each of the distribution boards 3a to 3d and the inverter panels 41 to 45 is connected through each of cables 3a1 to 3a5, 3b1 to 3b5, 3c1 to 3c5 and 3d1 to 3d5. Each inverter panel 41 to 45 is connected to each electric motor 51 to 55. Each inverter panel 41 to 45 is composed of multilevel inverters.
