PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly observe a three-dimensional stereoscopic image in a method for displaying a three-dimension where the three-dimensional stereoscopic image is displayed by independently changing each luminance of two-dimensional images displayed on display screens. SOLUTION: The method displays a three-dimension which displays two-dimensional images, which are formed by projecting an object to be displayed from the direction of an observer's eyes, on the display screens having different distances in depth from the observer by independently changing each luminance of the display screens, and then generates the three-dimensional stereoscopic image. In addition, when a visual size from the view of the observer in the two-dimensional images displayed on the display screen located in a close vicinity to the observer of a pair of the display screens arranged in series is defined as β1 and a visual size from the view of the observer in the two-dimensional images displayed on the display screen located in a remote distance from the observer of a pair of the screens arranged in series is defined as β2, then β1<β2 and 0<(β2-β1)×100/β2=<5 are satisfied. |
