PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately decide how much a fan 47 as a mounted component of a copying machine deteriorates. SOLUTION: This copying machine is equipped with a powder smoke sensor 44 which detects toner scattering in the copying machine, a paper discharge sensor 48 which detects copying paper from being discharged, a means 71 which finds the found integral value of a powder smoke amount and the accumulated number of copies according to those detection results, a means 71 which decides whether or not the fan 47 can be reused according to the found integral value of the powder smoke amount and the accumulated number of copies, and a memory 47a which stores the decision result. |
