PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET device capable of measuring in a short time and providing a highly accurate restructured image. SOLUTION: A rotating septum 20 provided in an inner side of a detecting part 10 includes nine shield plates S1-S9 arranged mutually parallel in positions between adjacent detector rings R, exerts a collimating function, and allows only photon pairs flying substantially parallel with a slice face to be incident on photon detectors D located in its rear. The shields S are not ring shaped and they are provided in a measurement visual field 1 side of a part of N pieces of the photon detectors D composing each detector ring R. The rotating septum 20 is rotatable around a center axis. Rod-like radiation source inserting holes 20a and 20b inserted by rod-like positron emitting radiation sources 3 and capable of supporting them are provided in each shield plate S.
