PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a dedicated information transmission terminal unit that is not equipped with a LCD display but equipped with only a LED indicator and switches to get detail information on operation state at the time of occurrence of accident or normal time. SOLUTION: A voice message data on abnormal state of the unit or a method of recovery from abnormal state corresponding to each phase of abnormal conditions is stored in memory circuits and voice output through voice information process means extracting corresponding voice message data from the memory circuits is obtained when an abnormal condition is detected in each phase of the unit. In the memory circuits, the voice message data corresponding to normal operation state of the unit is stored and this message is outputted in voice by on/off operation of power supply switch.
