PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitiv ity to blue laser light, hardly causing reduction in the film thickness and realiz ing both of high picture quality and a long life. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor to be used for the electrophotographic processes of exposing to laser light at 380 to 500 nm wavelength with <=150 msec time from the exposure to development, the photoreceptor is produced by laminating a charge generating layer and a charge transfer layer. The ratio of charge transfer material (CTM)/binder in the charge transfer layer ranges 10/16 to 10/25 and the mobility is >=2×10-6 cm2/V sec at 20 V/μm electric field intensity.
