PURPOSE: Provided are a shoes having a forced air-ventilation structure to simultaneously input and output air through the shoes in order to always incorporate fresh air and to eliminate sweat, bad-odor and/or athlete's foot. CONSTITUTION: The shoes comprise an outer sole(S) having a heel(S') and air inlet lines(40)(40') at both upper sides of the heel(S'), and a housing having an air-inhaling hole straightly connecting with the inlet lines. The heel(S') includes a circular space(10) comprising a projected sill(60) inside the space; a supporting groove(30') with a constant width and depth including the sill(60) at a part of the space(10). The supporting groove(30') is provided with a motor, a fan secured to a rotation axis, a blowing area having holes at both side ends of the area and the fan within the area. The housing has a negative and a positive terminals of the motor.
