PURPOSE: A superconductive persistent current switch, and a bobbin and a winding device therefor are provided to rapidly transfer the heat of a heater to a wide area even with the same winding number as a prior heater, to enable the consistent operation of a bobbin from an initial process to a final process, and to be easily modified even after the final process. CONSTITUTION: A first superconductive winding layer(25a) is formed by winding a superconductive wire on a bobbin(21) for winding with a bifilar shape. A heater winding layer(32) is formed by winding a conductive wire on the first superconductive winding layer with a bifilar shape. A second superconductive winding layer(25b) is formed by winding a superconductive wire on the heater winding layer with a bifilar shape. An adiabatic layer(31) is formed by winding an adiabatic tape on the second superconductive winding layer. In this structure, a heat conductive layer formed by winding a metal tape having high heat conductivity between the heater winding layer and the first and/or second superconductive winding layers.
