PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly restore to normal conditions with minimum resources when a fault occurs in management information on a target management device side. SOLUTION: When the management information stored in a second memory means 13 is lost, the target management device 12 notifies a management device 10 of it. A conversion means 14 for the management device collects only the pieces of management information that are necessary for the second memory means from the management information stored in a first memory means 11, converts the form of the collected management information into the form of the management information stored in the second memory means, and transmits the management information of converted form to the target management device. The target management device receives this management information to write it over the second memory means. |
