PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor resisting to faulty insulation between a conductive holder and a cover on the air side when assembled. SOLUTION: Electrical conduction between a lead wire 29 and a reference- gas-side electrode of a sensor element 2 is secured by the conductive holder 3. The conductive holder 3 comprises a lead-wire connection part 34 having an auxiliary cylinder, an electrode connection part 33, a trunk part 30 for coupling the two, a first coupling part 31 for coupling the connection part 33 to the trunk part 30, and a second coupling part 32 for coupling the connection part 34 to the trunk part 30. The coupling part 31 is adapted to be more flexible than the coupling part 32. |
