PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable plural communication business firms to share contents for imparting incentive to a producer, and to enhance quality of the contents by intensively registering the contents and furnishing an accounting system. SOLUTION: This contents-providing system is equipped with a registering server receiving the contents from a contents producer, registering it, and deciding as to whether the contents should be registered, according to the previously specified procedures; a distribution server receiving the contents from the registering server, storing it, and contributing the contents according to the distribution request; portable information equipment requesting the distribution of the contents to the communication server; and plural access servers for connecting the portable information equipment to the Internet. The communication server informs of utilization state for each contents to the registering server, and the registering server places ranking to the contents, and decides the amount of consideration money to the contents producer according to the ranking. |
