PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem of financial accounting, wage calculation or selling and stocking management work software posing a substantial burden on an operator if unit prices or calculation expressions registered in master tables as master data need to be modified during the input of work data included in calculation task data items, in which case the operator must perform a data input operation which comprises temporarily terminating a work program, then calling the master tables, making corrections, and then re-activating the work program. SOLUTION: If unit prices or calculation expressions need to be modified, the current work input screen is kept intact while the associated master tables are searched and called by means of identification codes and master data are corrected on the input screens of the master tables. A means is provided for correcting the master data on the input screens of the master tables and for refreshing the current input screens and providing a display on which related items are corrected under the condition of the newest work input screen. |
