PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize distribution of foodstuff in the food service industry/food service industry in consideration of characteristics thereof. SOLUTION: In this mediation server, a foodstuff purchaser is registered as a member, and ordering is conducted for a physical distribution institution. The server is provided with a member registering means for accepting member registration, a commodity registering means for registering the commodity, an inventory control means for controlling the inventory in the physical distribution institution, a received order registering means for accepting received order from the registered member, and a recommend information providing means, and the recommend information providing means provides recommend information to the member by associating the member information with the commodity information, with reference to the member registering means and the commodity registering means. |
