PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule management system and method making it less complex to deal with inquiries about a schedule. SOLUTION: The terminal 9 of an inquirer is connected to the terminal 3 of a person for schedule management and to a schedule server 5 by use of an information communications network; on receiving an e-mail from the inquirer's terminal 9, a reporting mail originating portion 13 converts the contents of the inquiry into HTML based selection data for storage in an HTML selection data storage portion 15, and sends an e-mail to the terminal 3 to notify that the selection data are accessible. When the person for schedule management accesses the selection data by use of the terminal 3 and selects either of the data, a return mail originating portion 17 originates a return e-mail and the schedule server 5 can store the selected data in a schedule data storage portion 7 as schedule data. |
