PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support action limited people for enabling them to conduct action such as going on a trip or the like with security. SOLUTION: A variety of information about supporting organizations to provide necessary support for the action limited people to make action is collected and stored in a data base 12. The action limited people are registered as members, and as the member searches the data base 12, and selects a desired support content of a desired one of the supporting organizations, schedules of the action are accepted from the member to be transmitted to the supporting organization for inquiry. After receiving confirmation for support from the supporting organization, reservation for the support to the supporting organization based on request by the member is transmitted. Confirmation of the reservation for support is received from the supporting organization to be notified to the member. |
