PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity and a long life with little deterioration by active gas such as ozone and to provide an electrophotographic device equipped with the photoreceptor to obtain a good image. SOLUTION: In the laminated electrophotographic photoreceptor having at least a charge generating layer and a charge transfer layer laminated on a conductive supporting body, the charge transfer layer contains a charge transfer material, polycarbonate resin having a specified structural unit as the repeating unit, specified hindered amine compound and specified bisphenol compound. The hindered amine compound and bisphenol compound are included by specified contents. The electrophotographic device is equipped with the laminated electrophotographic photoreceptor.
