PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material having improved conveyability in a plotter. SOLUTION: The heat developable photosensitive material has a roll shape and contains organic silver salt grains, photosensitive silver halide grains, a contrast enhancer and a reducing agent on the base. After the formation of a film as the base and before working into the product, the resulting material is rolled in such a way that the face which becomes the inside of the product roll is situated outward and the rolled material is preserved at 5-30 deg.C for 10-1,000 hr.
