PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture bank system which can be applied to a small terminal equipment, is not illegally used by a third person, and which does not raise the cost of terminal equipment. SOLUTION: When a file name (identifier) specifying an individual file in a picture preservation part 220 and a fingerprint pattern (detection pattern) detected by a digital camera-side from a digital camera (terminal equipment) through the Internet 6, a fingerprint pattern collation part 240 reads a fingerprint pattern (collation pattern) which is stored in accordance with the file name in the picture preservation part 220 and collates the detection pattern with the collation pattern. Only when they mutually match, a whole control part 270 permits the access of the digital camera to the individual file. |
