PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing terminal, information providing system, their methods and a recording medium which can provide meaningful information during a period waiting for download of content information. SOLUTION: The content information to be released on a network and plural kinds of pieces of header information are stored in a content information storage part 302 and a header information storage part 301. When a user terminal 100 issues an acquisition request for the content information, a header information selecting part 303 selects an arbitrary piece of header information from plural kinds of pieces of header information. A header information and content information integrating part 304 combines the selected piece of the header information with the content information corresponding to the acquisition request to generate the content information with header information. Subsequently, the generated content information with header information is transmitted to the user terminal 100. |
