PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for collecting data which indicates a subject of evaluation selected from subjects of evaluation which are out of the choices of purchase and audition. SOLUTION: A filtering means is provided for allowing a reviewer to review the evaluation information of a plurality of subjects of evaluation and for allowing the reviewer to filter the plurality of subjects reviewed and review some of the subjects again. Filtering data which indicates the subjects filtered by the filtering means is received and, based on the filtering data received, the reviewer extracts evaluation information which serves as the subject to be reviewed again. The evaluation information extracted can be reviewed by the reviewer. The filtering data and unspecified data which is the subject of evaluation not included in the filtering data are recorded in a database for the filtering data and the unspecified data.
