PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize more effective commerce by totally controlling commerce information separately distributed in respective traders. SOLUTION: A commerce outsourcing center 1 forms CM broadcast and CM information following the CM broadcast based on commerce information controlled in a DB 9 based on requests from manufacturers 5 of merchandise or providers 6 of service, and requests for broadcasting to broadcasting stations 2. Customers receiving this broadcast by a broadcast receiving terminal device 10 selects the merchandise to purchase based on the CM information. CM broadcast specifying information or the like to indicate merchandise information for the selected merchandise and the CM broadcast seen to purchase the merchandise is delivered from the broadcast receiving terminal device 10 through a portable terminal device 11 to a terminal device 12 to be sent to a computer 8 in the commerce outsourcing center 1 with information of the customers. A lot of the commerce information such as merchandise information and customer information is thus accumulated in the DB 9, thereby more effective commerce can be realized based on the commerce information.
