PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fillet surface forming method, capable of efficiently performing a design by automatically forming an interference shape of the fillet surface, which has no gradation surface and to provide a fillet surface forming method capable of also easily forming also the interference shape with a gradation surface. SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional shape processing method for forming the fillet surfaces for smoothly connecting two adjacent surfaces for forming a corner part on a three-dimensional shape model along a ridge line shared by the two surfaces, the original three-dimensional shape is copied (S1) by the number of the ridge lines for embedding the fillet surfaces, when a plurality of formed fillet surfaces interfere one another, fillet surface embedded shape, corresponding to each ridge line for each of the copied three-dimensional shapes is formed (S2), the plurality of three-dimensional shapes are integrated by executing a set operation between each three-dimensional shape embedded with the fillet surface embedded shape and the interference shapes of the plurality of fillet surfaces are formed (S3).
