PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board for connecting an optoelectronic panel, an optoelectronic device, and electronic equipment, permitting to connect them in batch with a member for driving the optoelectronic panel. SOLUTION: The wiring board (flexible wiring board) for connecting the optoelectronic panel 400 is to be connected with the optoelectronic panel (liquid crystal display panel) 100 having a pair of opposing substrates 200, 300. The wiring substrate (flexible wiring board) for connecting the optoelectronic panel 400 has a 1st substrate 412 and a 2nd substrate 416, comprising a 1st terminal group 410 arranged on the 1st substrate 412, a 2nd terminal group 420 arranged on the 2nd substrate 416, and a 3rd terminal group 430 arranged on the 1st substrate 412 or the 2nd substrate 416. The 3rd terminal group 430 includes at least terminals conducting to the 1st terminal group 410 and those conducting to the 2nd terminal group 420.
