PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back light unit which does not degrade the display quality of a transmission type liquid crystal display device by the nonuniformity of the exit light from the back light unit occurring in lacking particles and does not impair the display quality even if used by laminating and integrating back light unit members to each other. SOLUTION: Light diffusive sheets 3 having transparent resin films 32 on both surfaces of light scattering layers 31 formed by dispersing particulates varying in refractive index from the refractive index of a transparent high- polymer binder into this binder are laminated on at least the light exit surface side of the back light unit 1. |
