<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file exchange method capable of confirming that a recipient rightly has received an electronic data file. SOLUTION: This file exchange method is provided with a file receiving process for receiving an electronic data file transmitted by a transmitter and the recipient address of the recipient, an address assigning process for assigning a retention address capable of specifying a retention area to the electronic data file, an address transmitting process for transmitting the retention address to the recipient address, a file transmitting process for transmitting the electronic data file to the recipient corresponding to a request from the recipient and a receiving condition reporting process for receiving a notice showing that the recipient normally receives the electronic data file, and transmitting the contents of the notice to the transmitter.</p> |
