<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail system, an electronic mail deleting method and a recording medium capable of simultaneously deleting a plurality of mutually related data, by which electronic mail is separated and recorded on different storage areas. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a mail transmitting terminal 101 for transmitting electronic mail to a mail GW 103, the mail GW 103 for separating the electronic mail into a header part and a MIME data part and decomposing the MIME data part into a transmitting MIME part and a storage MIME part, a mail server 105 for storing receiving side electronic mail, a contents server 107 for storing the storage MIME part and a mail receiving terminal 109 having a deleting command issuing part 111 for requesting the deletion of electronic mail stored while being separated to two of mail server 105 and contents server 107 and a deleting command transmitting part 114 for transmitting a deleting command through the mail GW 103 to the mail server 105 and the contents server 107.</p> |
