PURPOSE: A DC motor is provided to suppress the contraction after the injection of an insert by forming a notch on outer circumference of plastic ferrite magnets, and to uniformly maintain the surface magnetic flux density of the plastic ferrite magnets by forming a constant gap between a rotor and a stator. CONSTITUTION: The DC motor comprises a stator(40) and a rotor(30) rotatably mounted within the stator(40). The rotor(30) comprises an insert(31) having a rotor shaft, and a plurality of plastic ferrite magnets(35) which are mounted on outer circumference of the insert in opposite to the stator(40) to suppress the contraction after an injection process. In addition, a notch(35a) for suppressing the contraction after an injection process is formed on the outer circumference of the plastic ferrite magnet(35).
