PURPOSE: A remote monitoring device for a railroad crossing and a method for managing information therefor are provided to assure the safe run of a train through the railroad crossing by causing a worker to take an instantaneous measure right after an abnormal sign is recognized. CONSTITUTION: A crossing signal information analyzer(100) senses crossing information from an alarm, and has a first part(110)/a second part(120) for separating the crossing information into display information used for graphic display and storage information used for statistic. A multiple transmitter(200) consistently and stably transmits the display and storage information collected from the crossing signal information analyzer(100) to a post device with a low speed. A post part(300) receive the crossing information from the multiple transmitter(200) by a polling call to perform graphic display, storage and statistical processes. A branch part(400) receives and processes the crossing information from the post part(300).
