PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an access to a home page. SOLUTION: This system comprises the following: an ID code recording card 1 on which an identification sign related to at least one of corporation, individual, object, information and service is indicated so that one can identify with the five senses, and an ID code corresponding uniquely to an address of a home page related to the identification sign is recorded to that the ID code can be read by at least one of optical means, magnetic means, electrical means and mechanical means; an ID code reader 2 which reads the ID code from the ID code recording card and outputs a call code including a code of the address for accessing to a predetermined ASP server and the read ID code; and the predetermined ASP server 3 which when the server is accessed from the ID code reader through a predetermined information communication means, converts the ID code included in the call code into an address that corresponds uniquely to the ID code and is registered in advance, gets access to the home page of the address, and connects the predetermined information communication means to the home page.
