PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a photoreceptor and a detecting method for an adhesive at the opening end part of the photoreceptor which prevent a flange from falling from the photoreceptor during the operation of an electrophotographic device for a long period by confirming a history and surely selecting a defective in an adhesive-coating state by measuring, displaying, and deciding the coating state of the adhesive at a high speed with high precision in a non-contact. SOLUTION: A stage where the adhesive 3 is detected by using a CCD laser displacement sensor 10 is provided after the adhesive 3 is applied to the opening end part 2 of the photoreceptor and before the photoreceptor is engaged with the flange 5, and it is decided whether or not the adhesive 3 is present on the basis as a threshold a specific value of height above the measurement height standard of an area part where the adhesive 3 is not applied. |
