PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents distributing system capable of performing personal identification as a user confirming processing in contents transaction and performing the processing for using contents. SOLUTION: The contents are distributed by a secure container including the contents obtained by ciphering distribution contents by contents keys and container information where the transaction condition of the contents is set. A personal identification certificate identifier list is included in the container information. A personal identification certificate where a template being personal identification data of a user being the object of contents transaction is stored from the list is specified. The personal certification based on the specified personal identification certificate is performed in a service provider, a user device and the like and transfer contents can be used provided that the authentication is approved.
