FABRIC AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A process of preparing a fabric for garments including an inner layer which comes in touch with the human body and has a heat retaining function, an outer layer as a barrier layer and an adhesive layer which adheres the inner and outer layer is provided. Whereby, the fabric does not discharge harmful components from its adhesive layer by heat and has soft touch and texture on its surface. CONSTITUTION: A sponge foam adhesive layer(30) made of polyurethane is disposed between an outer layer(10) and an inner layer(20) and then compressed with heat(F). The outer layer is an ultramicro filament suede which is prepared by weaving an extrafine polyester by a knit tricot method and the inner layer is a modacrylic pile which is prepared by weaving acryl resin and polyester by a circular knit fabric method.
