PURPOSE: A goods sale promoting method is provided to tie up with a plurality of companies, to advertise the goods offered by the tied companies on an internet operation site, and to give a customer a mileage point or cash if the customer buys goods, made or offered by the tied companies, at an off-line market and inputs the purchase related data on the web site. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of selecting a plurality of companies to be tied up with, receiving informations on goods made or offered by the tied companies, and constructing sale informations in an operation server and a database(S1), displaying the informations on the goods on the operation site over the internet(S2), tagging an identification code for each goods made or offered by the tied companies(S3), in the case that a customer buys the goods, made or offered by the tied companies, at an off-line market, enabling the customer to input the purchase data and receive an authentication on the purchase at the operation site(S4), and if the operation site authenticates the purchase, accumulating a bonus point for the customer or remitting money to the customer(S5).
