PURPOSE: A device for preventing piston slap is provided to prevent a piston slap by removing a skirt unit of the piston and to reduce waste amount of oil and noise caused by driving the piston. CONSTITUTION: A piston slap preventing device comprises a piston head; a ring support combined to plural rings; a piston receiving a rotational movement of a crank shaft through a connecting rod; a cylinder combined to the piston; a piston pin(34) combined to an end portion of the connecting rod; a boss(32) engaged with the piston pin; a slap preventing unit(40) supporting movement of the piston; first and second frames(42,44) mounted on the slap preventing unit; plural rotating units(46,48); and a spring(52). Thereby, the piston slap preventing device prevents the piston slap by removing a skirt unit of the piston to reduce noise generated in driving the piston.
