PURPOSE: A static pressure wire tension cylinder is provided to simplify components, to execute anchoring works simply and to prevent a breakdown. CONSTITUTION: The static pressure wire tension cylinder(100) comprises a cylinder installed to let a piston reciprocate and divided into a room A and a room B by a piston, a piston, an A-room port and a B-room port interposed in a room A and a room B to let a fluid flow through an outside valve, a pump and a fluid tank, a bottom plate installed to close up one side of the cylinder and provided with a perforation hole to let a steel wire(11) pass through, a sleeve fixed to the bottom plate and extended toward the other side of the cylinder, a jaw holding sleeve fixed to the piston and projected to make the other side of the cylinder reciprocated along the outside of the sleeve, a chock formed by arranging many jaws in the direction of circumference, and a chock cover installed to cover up the chock from the outside of the sleeve.
