PURPOSE: A method for controlling a test call in a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) mobile communication system is provided to accurately calculate test call statistics by adding an index in a uniform position of a transmission frame, transmitting the transmission frame to an MS(Mobile Station) in a base station, and comparing a fed back reception frame with a real transmission frame through an accurate comparison index. CONSTITUTION: A base station generates a transmission frame about a test call to be transmitted to an MS, and sets a transmission frame index in primary 1 byte of the transmission frame(S1). The base station stores an index-classified transmission frame generation seed value about the generated transmission frame, and transmits the transmission frame to the MS(S2). The base station successively receives a reception frame fed back from the MS(S3), and checks over whether the index of the transmission frame is identical to an index of the reception frame(S4). If the index of the transmission frame is not identical to the index of the reception frame, the base station generates a comparison reception frame having an index identical to the index of the transmission frame with reference to the stored transmission frame generation seed value and the index of the transmission frame(S5). The base station compares a real transmission frame transmitted to the MS with the generated comparison reception frame(S6).
