PURPOSE: An apparatus and method making bow of a pair of spectacles is provided to make the bow of a pair of spectacles quickly and precisely by enabling all processes to be performed automatically and continuously. CONSTITUTION: A material supplying unit(100) supplies a material of the bow on a pair of spectacles to a predetermined position. The material is settled on a material fixing unit, which selectively fixes the settled material. The first cutting unit(300) cuts the material fixed by the material fixing unit. A drill unit(400) forms the first groove at the material cut by the first cutting unit(300). The second cutting unit(500) forms a protrusion at the material having the groove. The third cutting unit(600) forms the second groove at the material where the protrusion is formed. A material transfer unit is placed at a front part of the cutting units(300,500,600) and the drill unit(400) and transfers the material sequentially. A material drawing unit draws out the material from the material fixing unit.
