PURPOSE: A remote picture medical treatment system and method using the Internet is provided so that a herb doctor and a patient can conduct a medical question at a remote medical office opened in a web server. CONSTITUTION: If a patient accesses a web server and requests a herb doctor medical question service(S211), the web server requests patient connection to a DSS(Decision Support System) server(S212). If access is possible, the DSS server transmits connection confirmation information to the patient(S213). In this state, the patient asks the DSS server about a reservation time(S214). The DSS server asks a database server about the reservation time(S215). The database server informs the DSS server that the patient's reservation has been made at the reservation time, and stores this reservation information and the patient's information in a database(S216). The DSS server transmits the reservation result to the patient(S217). |
