PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering die of an electric pressure-sintering apparatus which is hard and less easily worn, which has long service life and with which the electric pressure-sintering can be performed. SOLUTION: This sintering die 80 of the electric pressure-sintering apparatus is formed of silicon carbide. This sintering die 80 is hard and less easily worn because it is formed of silicon carbide, has long service life, and can be used for performing the electric pressure-sintering. |
