PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a plug straight on a container when screwing the plug with an opening of a container body. SOLUTION: A cylinder 9 provided to be capable of screwing with/detaching from an inner peripheral wall of the opening of the container body 2 and having an upper part protruding upward from the opening of the container body includes a lower packing 11 in tight contact with a lower part of the inner peripheral wall of the opening of the container body and an upper packing 12 in contact with an upper part of the inner peripheral wall of the opening of the container body.
