PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise caused by leakage of a cooling air and the like. SOLUTION: The duct 1 of a cooling fan 10 is inserted into a frame 13 through an feeding opening 14 provided at a swinging part frame 13, with a flange part 11a provided at its tip end. A sleeve 16 for narrowing a gap between the feeding opening 14 and the duct 11 is fitted to the frame 13, with the sleeve 16 provided with two partition plates 16a and 16b.
