PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellently safe slab provisional hole constructing and curing method capable of saving cost and improving workability. SOLUTION: A provisional hole form is fixed above an opening part 1a arranged in a floor form 1, and slab concrete 7 is placed on the floor form 1 excepting the inside of the working hole mold. The provisional hole 2 is formed in a floor slab when the provisional hole form is removed after the concrete 7 is cured. In the provisional hole mold made of a steel plate, stepped parts are formed on both sides putting the opening part 1a between them in the middle of the height direction, and in the upper part of the stepped part, its horizontal length dimension is made larger than that on its lower side, so that stepped parts 51 matching the stepped parts of the provisional hole form are formed in the provisional hole 2. Between the stepped parts 51 of the provisional hole 2, a steel ledger board 8 having a thickness matching the depth dimension of the stepped part 51 is arranged so as to close and cure the provisional hole 2.
