PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a fixing device in a fitting hole. SOLUTION: This fixing device 1 is provided with a cylindrical pull-out prevention member 5, a make-screw type operation shaft 7 to be inserted in the pull-out prevention member 5, and a pull-out prevention block 6 integrally provided in the tip of the operation shaft 7. A plurality of deformation portions 10 divided circumferentially are provided in the tip of the pull-out prevention member 5. The pull-out prevention block 6 is provided with a tapered portion 16 deforming the deformation portions 10 to the outside diameter side and a pushing portion 17 in the tip side. When a sheet pile stay fitting 8 is installed in the operation shaft 7 and rotated by a tool body 9 of an electric tool, the deformation portions 10 are deformed to the outside diameter side along the tapered portion 16. The deformed deformation portions 10 are prevented from returning to the inside diameter side by the pushing portion 17 so that the deformation portions can be firmly entered inside of the fitting hole 3.
